If the shooting day has bad weather?

When the shooting day have a rain, we’re going until to light rain go for shooting. If cloudy or light rain, passing rain is not allow the change a date or cancelation. If you cancelation from that reasons we don’t refund a deposit. If shooting date have a heavy rain, we can switch a date or a time table.

what is the refund policy?

When you booking a package, valid is 1 week for change a date or cancelation. After 1 week, we don’t refund. Deposit is nonrefundable deposit.

I want a change a shooting spot

Morning session spots and sunset session spots are different. You can shooting what you booked that spots only. If you want special spots,contact us before a shooting. we can discussion about it.

I want to change start of shooting time

We set on every session of the shooting start time. That can not change late start from hotel breakfast or any other reason. For good result of the session, please keep on the meeting time.

How long does it take until get a photoshop retouch?

Normally retouch needs 4 weeks to 8 weeks. high season it may takes more time. All the retouch is by our style. if you need special colour or need more things, please comment us.

My photos will upload on Instagram or site?

Yes. your photos can using our site, Facebook page, Instagram. If you don’t want it, please tell us before you shooting. And also you want posting your photos on our page, feel free to tell us we will upload your photos on our IG or Facebook page.
